Shipping & returns

Delivery

We ship with DHL Standard (Go Green) from Berlin. After payment is received, delivery usually takes 1-3 days for shipments within Germany, for shipments to all other countries it may take 3-15 days.

Currently we ship only within the EU, if you live in a country outside the EU, please email us to hallo@yocho.shop and we can organize a custom order.

Shipping & Customs
3,90 EUR for shipping within Germany
10,90 EUR for shipping to EU countries

For deliveries to some countries, additional costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

As soon as your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number.

Returns
Of course, we hope that you will like our products and they will become a regular companion of yours. If you ever do not like a product, you can of course return it to us within 14 days of receipt. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.

Returns within Germany are free of charge. If you wish to return an order, please write to hallo@yocho.shop so that we can send you a return label.

Customers outside of Germany are responsible for all return shipping charges on orders. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

Please use only insured shipping with tracking number for return and send us this number.
It is essential that you keep the proof of posting until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been received. This receipt proves the return date as well as the receipt number of your return.

Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. This means including labels and packaging. You will receive a refund for the returned items no later than 14 days after receipt of your return via the payment method you used for your purchase.
